​At The Clean Oasis, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us via phone or email, and we will work with you to find a new suitable time.

Cancellation Refund Policy :
If you cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, same-day cancellations do not qualify for any refunds. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and continue providing high-quality service to all our clients
Service Refund Policy:
At The Clean Oasis, we are committed to providing you with the best cleaning service possible. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with our service. That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee: if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service we provided and the cleaning goals we discussed and agreed upon after our walk-through were not met, we will issue a refund becuase your satisfaction is our top priority!
